Lesson Program Details
Supplies: Students are responsible for purchasing their own music supplies as needed on the recommendation of the teacher. All students are required to have an instrument and to have paid their Registration Fee.
Signing Up: There is a one-time $25 non-refundable Registration Fee per person due upon signing up for lessons.
Paying for Lessons: Lessons are sold in monthly membership packages and individually.
Cancellations: Teachers or students must give 24 hour notice of cancellation. If a student cancels, if the missed lesson is one of the allotted 6 make-ups it must be rescheduled within 1 week of the missed lesson. If a teacher cancels, we will try our best to provide a substitute teacher if the student wants his or her scheduled lesson. If not, the lesson will be rescheduled. NO SHOWS: If a student does not give 24 hour prior notice and fails to show up for a scheduled lesson, the student will be charged for the missed lesson. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a one-on-one basis.
Discontinuing Lessons: To discontinue lessons we require a 30-day written (email or by hand) notice so we can reset our schedules and communicate with our billing department. No refunds will be given for billing during the 30-day cancellation period.
